Mendeley is a platform for collaboration between researchers. With local, web, and mobile versions that sync automatically, it has two main features:
- It has a bibliographic reference manager to keep a personal library and integrate it with word processors for writing manuscripts and inserting references. More information in Mendeley's Library guide
- It also acts as a network for collaborative work in private groups by sharing bibliographic references, attachments, and annotations.
