There is no direct connection between the two systems, but it can be done through ORCID, as both ResearcherID and Scopus Author ID allow publications to be sent to ORCID. ResearcherID is interoperable in both directions with ORCID: from ResearcherID to ORCID and from ORCID to ResearcherID.
A recommended sequence to feed both scientific identifiers is: from SCOPUS to ORCID and from ORCID to ResearcherID.
