Order 6/2015 of the Ministry of Education, Research, Culture and Sport, which approves the regulatory bases and establishes subsidies to promote R&D&I in Comunitat Valenciana
- Disseminate the results of the subsidized research, by making a digital version of the final version of the project public in thematic open access repositories or in open access institutional repositories
- Two situations are excluded from open access dissemination: when there are agreements for the transfer of rights to third parties, and when there is a possible interest in protecting the results of the activity or research
- All expenses involved in publishing and disseminating the results, including, among others, those which may derive from publication in open access journals, are considered imputable expenses.
