The restrictions of the granted licence must be complied with if the material is protected by Creative Commons licences.
If it is protected by copyright, it is important to consider the provisions set out in article 32 of the Intellectual Property Act on "citations and summaries and illustration for educational or scientific research purposes", which allows the use of third-party materials under the following conditions:
The work is disclosed and has been obtained lawfully
The work is used for citation or for analysis, commentary or critical judgement, and exclusively for teaching or research activities
The author and source of the work are clearly indicated
