If you have made a purchase request to the UPV Library, you can track the process from:

  • PoliBuscador > Login > My Library > Requests
  • Intranet > Services > Library Services > My Library > Requests

There are 3 possible situations:

  • En revisión: purchase suggestion that has not yet been reviewed by acquisitions department, that is, it is pending of acceptance or rejection.
  • Rechazado: purchase suggestion reviewed by the Library and that has been rejected. You will be emailed with the reason for the rejection.
  • Autorizado: purchase suggestion reviewed by the Library and that has been accepted. You will be emailed to inform you that the book will be purchased.

If the purchase suggestion is accepted, when we receive the book, we will reserve it for you for 2 days and we will send you an email so that you can come and pick it up.
