This could be for some of these reasons:

  • Because the VPN is not connected correctly; check the information to access the digital resources from outside the University.
  • Because the library is not subscribed to this resource. For journals, check holdings in Polibuscador.
  • Because the computer is connected to a proxy. In this case, disconnect it to allow IP access.
  • Because this database, e-journal or e-book does not use IP authentication but password. To get your username and password:
    • Log in to PoliBuscador
    • Click in My Library > Personal Details > Check the electronic resource keys.
