The photos must be previously validated to verify that they meet the specifications required to issue a card. This validation process is carried out daily by the Accreditations Office.
In the event that the photo is rejected, an email will be sent to the user indicating the incident to be corrected.
The photos taken at the issuance points go directly to our system.
