The photos must be validated beforehand to verify that they meet the specifications required to be able to issue a card. This validation process is carried out daily by the Accreditation Office.
If the photo is rejected, an e-mail is sent to the user indicating the incident so they can rectify it.
The photos taken at the issuing points go directly to our system.
