If in the defense you chose the option to authorize free access to your Bachelor's Thesis or your Master's Thesis, you have the possibility to change it to closed access or vice versa.
You can change the type of dissemination of your TFG/TFM by accessing the Ebrón application on your Intranet, in the link Trabajos fin de Grado/Trabajos de Máster (Ebrón), in the Applications section of the Virtual Secretary. There you select the option Change of diffusion, and in the following screen you will see the option Closed access or Open access to the full text.
If you choose that your work is in closed access, only the metadata of public fields will be available: title, abstract, author and date, and, if someone wants to consult it, he/she has to send you a request by e-mail using the link Request a copy to the author under the padlock icon.
