In the case of a justified reason (hospitalisation, severe illness, or other justified reasons), you can request a delegated loan through PoliConsulta.
To do this, you'll need to indicate to whom you are giving the loan (name, surname and ID that must be presented at the time of the loan); and which documents will be loaned.
In the same PoliConsulta, you must attach proof of hospitalisation, severe illness or reliable evidence in case of other justified reasons.
