No. Regarding the opening of data from research funded within H2020, the Commission follows the principle of “as open as possible, as closed as necessary”.
There may be reasons for leaving certain data closed: intellectual or industrial property rights, confidentiality, privacy protection, national security, etc. These reasons must be explained and justified in the Data Management Plan (DMP).
