Users from some groups such as ASS and TRS may choose the type of issuance. The manager can do so when requesting the renewal through the intranet. If it is not indicated, users receive an email informing them that they have 5 days for collection, after which the request moves to a 30-day issuance.
For users who can not change the type of issuance, if they justify that they need to do so, they may request so from the Communication Area (if it is a 30 days’ request and has been sent to Santander it can no longer be changed).
