When it is necessary to identify yourself to access the UPV Apps (UPV Student, my UPV, UPV Personal, ..) you must indicate your username and password.

The credentials you must supply depends on the group to which you belong.

Students

Access to the Apps is by entering the DNI (or passport if applicable) and the Student´s domain password (which is the same one used to connect to UPV WIFI network).

Remember, you should NOT use the intranet PIN, but the Student domain password.

Staff UPV

Apps access is by entering DNI (or passport if applicable) and UPVNET domain password

Rest of authorized users

Are those who can access to the UPV extranet.

Apps´s Access is done using the DNI (or passport) and the EXTUPV domain´s password (which is the same one used to connect to UPV WIFI network).

If you don't know your password

In case you do not know what is your password, you can initialize it in this link: Change password

You still can't access

If, despite knowing your password, you still cannot authenticate yourself in the apps, you can create an incident (Gregal), go to the UPV User Service Center (1st Floor - Building 4H) or call to 96 387 77 50.
