No, the following exceptions apply:

• When it is foreseen that the data generated in the research and the results of the research carried out may be submitted at the request of the protection of industrial or intellectual property rights.
• When, due to its nature, the data is subject to the protection of personal data or when it affect public safety.

The decision not to deposit research data in Open Access must be reflected and justified in the Data Management Plan.
