To get your UPV credentials, please follow these steps:
- Go to the UPV website at www.upv.es and select ‘Log in’.
- In the corresponding section: ‘Alumni’, <<Staff>> or <<External Staff>>, click on ‘Forgot your password?’ under the area corresponding to the access. Choose the option ‘domain password’.
- Enter your ID/passport number and a telephone number that matches the one you gave when you joined the UPV.
- You will receive an SMS with a link and instructions on how to generate a UPVNET password
If you are not able to collect your new SUI in person, you may authorise a third person to pick it up for you. You will need a written authorisation signed by you and a photocopy of your ID. You must indicate the name and ID of the authorised person in the same document. This document will be kept by us.
You can also authorise the Accreditations Office by email (acreditaciones@upv.es) to pick it up on your behalf. We will then send your card to the Information Office, which is open from Monday to Friday 9.00 - 14.00 and in the afternoon from Monday to Thursday from 16.00 - 18.00- .
