The credentials you must supply depends on the group to which you belong.

You should consider

Do not add blank spaces at the end of your Passport or the password (except if the password really contains a space at the end)
If it is a passport or NIE and contains letters, they must be entered in UPPER CASE

Students

Access to the Apps is by entering the DNI (or passport if applicable) and the Student´s domain password (which is the same one used to connect to UPV WIFI network).
