If the card has not been delivered to the user, reactivation is automatic in under 24h. If it has been delivered, it can be reactivated if the user confirms that he has the card in his possession, and we verify that the bar code corresponds to the card to be reactivated.user keeps the physical card in good condition, we check that the barcode corresponds to the card and can reactivate it.
